Now if we look at some extremely basic mathsโ€ฆ

Total business outgoings โž— number of clients = cost per client
โ€‹
So if your total business costs per month are ยฃ10,000
โ€‹
And you have 80 clients
โ€‹
Thatโ€™s ยฃ10,000 โž— 80 = ยฃ125
โ€‹
Each client costs you ยฃ125
โ€‹
And if you donโ€™t charge more than that amount, your business is making a LOSS!

Yes, super basic maths & a lot more needs to go into itโ€ฆ

But such a small calculation like that can show you if your pricing or business model is correct or not
