Monday was 🔥

Sorry for the lack of anything the last few days

On Monday we had the FitPro Client Summer Summit down here in Cardiff 💪

Then we had the evening social 😆

Not to also mention moving office, and now Yodel have gone AWOL & decided all the new office chairs are a security risk 😆 don’t ask 🤷‍♂️

Anyway…

I know this is only the second summit we have done so far, but I am loving them 🙌

The feedback from the clients is also immense & without our clients, we wouldn’t be able to do these events

So the day kicked off with guest speaker & serial franchise owner, James Calderbank

Giving us the breakdown of how he went from a PT in a commercial gym to the fastest-growing studio franchise in the UK

We then had a quick workshop on building out the 4 monthly sales cycles, to ensure sales come in every day of the month & not just around payday

Next was our resident guest speaker, Ash Burleigh, on setting targets in your life & business, while putting the frameworks in place to have a solid end of 2024

Then we moved into lunch, or more like a banquet 😆 there was loads!

After lunch, we kicked back off with Kai Edwards giving us the complete breakdown of filming high-event video content for your fitness business

Including the do’s & don’ts, lighting, angles, b-roll, a-roll & so much more

After Kai, we had a little treat for all the clients, by bringing in the whole team, so they could chat with their account manager

This was the first time for most to meet them in person & not over Zoom 😆

Finally, it was my turn to talk 🤓

Looking at squeezing clients for everything YOU need, after all, you need way more than just their monthly income

Then to close the summer summit, we also had the client awards 🏆 I’ll share a little more about that this week

Everyone then went back to their hotels to refresh, before joining us for the evening social down Cardiff Bay, where we put on a fair amount of free drinks 😎

Sorry for all those that had hangovers the next day, including Holly 😆

The best part of the whole thing was that the summit is like meeting up with a bunch of mates 💪

Yes, it’s serious business, learning, building & putting plans in place

But there is no better way of doing it, than having a load of clients around you, that I would also call friends ❤️

Plus, there have also been calls for the winter one to be closer to the ☀️

But I am thinking we stay in the UK for this one, heading to a place that starts with “M”

You got this 💪

David 🙂
